Today was a long day for me...got up at 8am to accompany my mum for breakfast. Headed down to KIDDY PALACE to get gifts for my ex collegue's babe ALetheA. BD was today..walked & walked..searched & searched..took us 1.5 hrs just to find a suitable gift for her..seesh..mum was nagging for me to hurry cos i was running late...had class at 2pm..in the end, bought an educational toy as well as 2 sets of clothes for the little rascal. Hope she likes it! Headed straight home to shower, wrap the gifts and pack my stuff..did all that within 45 mins! cool rite..heehee..class was unfortunately at BUGIS today normally was at BISHAN...damm! Was running real late, so decided to grab a cab down..met jess for ice cream at Swensens. Time check: 2pm! Argh!! LATE LATE LATE...heck it...ICE CREAM ICE CREAM ICE CREAM!
After class, went straight to Adel's plc...nt really her plc though, her sis's condo. Saw the BD gal, gave me a hug..hmm..so sweet...Met Gwen (ex collegue as well) and her darling baby, ANdre. Helped her to babysit him cos she is expecting number 2..hee...GO GWEN GO!
Well...a children's party at the playground is not exactly a good idea. Kids are running towards the playground n the jie jie who has gt nothing better to do than to sit there minding her own business (AND YES..they still call me JIEJIE okay!) had to babysit 2 toddlers and 3 kids! Argh!! Dun get mistaken..i love kids! BUT not soooo many at one go... The older ones were okay..but the younger ones are a handful...ALetheA was too young to be on the slide..so i got to lift her up and slowly let her slide down. She tends to get stuck halfway, wonder if its becos of her diaper..hee...anyways, she din wanna just slide down once but umpteen times..in fact countless..i was getting tired..while i made excuses to rest, she insisted to carry on..so no choice lor..up n down, up & down..*ARGH* butt cramp...oh great! At the right time...when she was on the SLIDE! Imagine the pain!!
Thank God, food was ready and all the mommies were calling them back. I wan my mommy 2...pain pain..:@ Food was great! Prawns...chicken wings...crabs..fish...sotong...otar...satay..bee hoon...*Drool* and i din even have to cook it! All cooked by Uncle Ni (Adel's hubby) heehe...yum...food...well, it din help when peps kept commenting that i put on weight though..:( i need to go on a crash diet..but till then, FOOD here i come..yum..
Stuffed with food...was thinking of heading home..but hey! It's a sat...so we decided to go for a car ride..van ride..driven by Jemy's 'hubby' Brandon..hee..pix will be shown later..We headed down Changi village hoping to catch a glimpse of the "Bapoks", no choice we had 2 small didis with us who hasn't seen it before. So brought them down to "Jian si Jian si". Waited for like 1 hr, nothing to see...next venue..GEYLANG! It was packed!!! Wanted to get ice cream but none of us wanted to risk getting down. Haha! So we just looked around. There was this filipina who was pratically grabbing any guy that walked passed, b it young or old! Poor gal..guess she seriously needs the money...:O

After staying there for like 1.5 hrs, we decided to head for home. I was soooo tired...whole day OUT! Finally home...just showered and now in front of me Pc..Gonna hit the sack soon..my baby's in bed alrdy...Missing him soooo much....ciaoz..:@ Z.zzz...........
